    Napa Rose Chef’s Counter Experience

Just like I said in yesterday’s blog post, we had one especially exciting and special dinner on our trip to California – the Napa Rose Chef’s Counter at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel. It was one of the most amazing dining experiences I’ve ever had at Disney or anywhere – and we vlogged the whole thing!

Fab Fit Fun Subscription Box Review – Winter 2018

If you’ve been following my blog for a while now, you may recall that I really like subscription boxes. It’s fun to get a little surprise each month and try a few different things. However, around a year ago I decided to take a break and stop getting them for a while. I was getting things I didn’t want or need that just ended up getting donated, and I didn’t have the extra money lying around to get them every month. Well, due to a combination of window shopping a little too hard and a lot of post-election stress, last…

    Real Techniques Brushes Review

Since beauty and makeup used to be pretty much the only things I wrote about on this blog, I always enjoy going back to my roots to write about those things again. Today I wanna share with you my thoughts on some new Real Techniques I received for free recently courtesy of Influenster! I’ve written about Influenster several times before – they’re basically a word of mouth marketing company that sends out free products in exchange for reviews. My post here explains it in more detail. I get things from them pretty frequently but I don’t always write about them…

Remy Dessert Experience on the Disney Dream

At this point in our cruising series it should be obvious that we LOVE food. It feels like all we did on this cruise was eat! But for our last day on board, we had planned the most special experience yet. We would be dining at the super fancy and high class adults-only restaurant, Remy! On day 2 we took a tour of Remy and on day 3 we had dined at its neighbor, Palo. But we saved the best for last with Remy. It’s considered the ultimate in luxury dining at sea, and our tour guide estimated that a…

Dinner at Palo on the Disney Dream

If you’ve read my blog for a while now, you probably know that one of my favorite parts of traveling (maybe THE favorite part) is food. We’re always looking for the best dining experiences we can find wherever we go. So it was only natural that when we set sail on the Disney Dream, we knew that dining at Palo was an absolute must-do. We ended up eating there for dinner on day 3 of our cruise and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! While most of the dining on board is included in the cost…

Rainforest Room on the Disney Dream

Something we had read about and were very curious to try on the Disney Dream was the spa, specifically something called the Rainforest Room. There’s not a ton of information about it online but what we could find really piqued our interest. It turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip and a real hidden gem!! The name is kind of a misnomer – it’s not really just one “room”, but instead a section of the spa with a few different areas to relax and unwind. The way the Rainforest Room works is you purchase a…

Colourpop Disney Designer Collection – Review

It feels like ages since I’ve written a makeup post – but that’s about to change! Recently I got a few items from the Colourpop Disney Designer collection and I am so excited to tell you all about them. Colourpop is actually a brand I have never been super into – I don’t dislike them or anything, I just only own one lip product from them and have never really felt super drawn to buy a bunch of things. They’re mostly known for being an inexpensive, mostly online brand. Before this Disney collection, I had actually never placed an order…

Laniwai, A Disney Spa at Aulani – Review

As we creep closer and closer to being done with my honeymoon series, I decided I had one more special experience I wanted to write a standalone post about similar to my Club 33 and Walk in Walt’s Footsteps Tour posts. Today I want to tell you all about the fabulous experience we had at Laniwai, the Disney spa at Aulani! We decided to book a couples massage at Laniwai as part of our honeymoon, which we graciously received as a gift from off of our honeymoon registry! Many thanks to those who gifted us this amazing experience 🙂 We…

Moulin Rouge! The Musical – Review

I have been cautiously excited to write this post since we took our whirlwind trip to Boston a few weeks ago. A few people have asked what I thought of the show and I have SO MANY thoughts about it – both good and bad – and this post will serve mostly as a dumping ground for all of it. I’m not a musical critic or anything so if you found this page on google or something, you might wanna look elsewhere for a review from someone whose opinion actually matters 😉 These are my thoughts about Moulin Rouge! the…

Walk in Walt’s Disneyland Footsteps Tour Review

I’m so excited to write today’s post because it’s something completely new and different for us! Today I’m talking about the time we took the Walk in Walt’s Disneyland Footsteps Tour!! Okay, so it’s still SORT OF related to our wedding since we did it on our honeymoon… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The Walk in Walt’s Disneyland Footsteps Tour is a guided tour through Disneyland that teaches you all about the history of the park and Walt himself. The tour is about 3-3.5 hours (ours ran a little long) and I believe the full price cost is a little over $100 per person, but since…
