We’ve finally reached the end of our very merry MYSTERY vacation! Chris perfectly planned and expertly pulled off a surprise vacation for me – if you haven’t read the rest of the parts or watched the vlogs, catch up here first! But for now, here’s our finale: our last day on board and traveling home! A relatively unexciting day comparatively, but a good wrap up/reflection too…read on to see my final thoughts!

Very Merrytime Cruise Part 4!
I know it’s been ages since my last one but I am determined to finally finish writing about our Very Merrytime Cruise in November of 2018 – and I’m almost done!!! This is all about day 4 on board. Last time we left off with seasickness and a rocky night…luckily today was a LOT better:

Very Merrytime Cruise Part 3!
At the time this post goes up, Chris and I are on vacation again – this time in Europe!! I wanted some things to go up on the blog while we were gone so I queued up a few videos and posts to go up, including part 3 of the Very Merrytime Cruise we went on in November! On this day we set out to Cozumel for a wine and chocolate tasting, followed by relaxing on the ship for the rest of the day. All was going well until the ship started getting rocky – and we were unfortunately both…

This is the last day in my series all about our cruise on the Disney Dream in April 2018! If you haven’t already, make sure you read the other posts first – they’re listed chronologically here. This final post will cover both our last full day as well as debarkation day, when we arrived back at Port Canaveral. DAY 4 – APRIL 26, 2018 We have sadly finally reached the LAST day of our cruise on the Disney Dream! But even though it was our last day, we were trying to keep our sadness to a minimum by filling our day…

Remy Dessert Experience on the Disney Dream
At this point in our cruising series it should be obvious that we LOVE food. It feels like all we did on this cruise was eat! But for our last day on board, we had planned the most special experience yet. We would be dining at the super fancy and high class adults-only restaurant, Remy! On day 2 we took a tour of Remy and on day 3 we had dined at its neighbor, Palo. But we saved the best for last with Remy. It’s considered the ultimate in luxury dining at sea, and our tour guide estimated that a…

Cruising Along – Day 3
This is day 3 in my series all about our cruise on the Disney Dream in April 2018! If you haven’t already, make sure you read the other posts first – they’re listed chronologically here! DAY 3 – APRIL 25, 2018 When we left off on day 2, we had just come to the end of an amazing day celebrating my 25th birthday. But today was set to be the most exciting day yet – we were headed to Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay! We woke up and the island was right outside our window: Castaway Cay was something all of…

Dinner at Palo on the Disney Dream
If you’ve read my blog for a while now, you probably know that one of my favorite parts of traveling (maybe THE favorite part) is food. We’re always looking for the best dining experiences we can find wherever we go. So it was only natural that when we set sail on the Disney Dream, we knew that dining at Palo was an absolute must-do. We ended up eating there for dinner on day 3 of our cruise and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! While most of the dining on board is included in the cost…

Cruising Along – Day 2
This is second post in my series about our cruise on the Disney Dream in April 2018! If you haven’t already, make sure you read day 1 first DAY 2 – APRIL 24, 2018 After our first jam-packed day on board the Disney Dream, we woke up after a refreshing sleep to enjoy day 2! And this was going to be an especially exciting day because it was my 25th birthday!!! There were a lot of exciting things on the agenda today to celebrate my birthday so we were up early and ready to go! We were docking at Nassau…

Rainforest Room on the Disney Dream
Something we had read about and were very curious to try on the Disney Dream was the spa, specifically something called the Rainforest Room. There’s not a ton of information about it online but what we could find really piqued our interest. It turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip and a real hidden gem!! The name is kind of a misnomer – it’s not really just one “room”, but instead a section of the spa with a few different areas to relax and unwind. The way the Rainforest Room works is you purchase a…
